Use of our website is at your own risk. Theatrical Threads is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from your use of the website and online shop. This includes viruses that may infect your computer equipment

Copying or selling any part of the content of Theatrical Threads' website is prohibited without our prior written consent. We may include links on our website to other companies' websites, however Theatrical Threads is not responsible for the privacy policies or content of those sites, nor can be held responsible for any activity that may arise during your visit

You accept that the personal information that you provide to us for the purpose of purchasing goods or services offered on our website, are true, accurate and current in all respects. We retain your Name, Address, Delivery address, EMail address and phone number for the sole use of completing your purchase and you can check the information that we hold about you by e-mailing us. If you find any inaccuracies, we will amend it promptly. Please see our Privacy Policy regarding the treatment of your personal information. You agree not to impersonate any other person or entity or to use a false name or a name that you are not authorised to use

Theatrical Threads do not store, nor do we intend to store, any financial details (credit or debit card details) relating to any of our customers on our website.

Product Information
Theatrical Threads attempt to include accurate and relevant information on the website at all times, but cannot accept responsibility for any errors or omissions that may appear from time to time. 
Theatrical Threads makes every effort to supply the goods as advertised but reserves the right to supply the goods subject to minor variations as they are passed to us from our suppliers

Ordering
Theatrical Threads reserves the right to cancel orders. We may not accept your order if we suspect fraudulent activity or violation of our Terms and Conditions
 
Payment
Payment for all goods must be made by Paypal at the time you place your order, or by BACS by prior agreement. Purchases will not be sent until cleared funds are received. Theatrical Threads can also accept credit card, debit card or cash payments for the collection of purchases from our office

Delivery
Theatrical Threads is based near Slough in East Berkshire
We will deliver the goods following the delivery method stated on the site. Purchases can be sent in the UK by Royal Mail Recorded Signed For or Next Day Delivery. Overseas purchases will be sent by International Signed For or Signed and Tracked postage. We can also employ the services of a courier for larger dispatches

 Any delivery timescales quoted to you are estimates, based on our experience of retailing online. We do not accept any liability for delayed delivery, loss or damage of purchases, caused by any third party.  If there is an unforseen delay on your order, caused by our company, you will be contacted directly.

We obtain a Certificate of Posting for every item which we send as proof that it has been dispatched

While we make every effort to prevent shipping damage sometimes it can occur. Please do not sign for merchandise until you have inspected for damage.
If you have already signed for the merchandise please retain the original shipping box and contact us with in 24 hours

Returns
Theatrical Threads is committed to providing full customer satisfaction
 We are fully compliant with the new European Consumer Rights Directive which became effective on 13th June 2014 in the UK.
Please advise us within 14 calendar days of delivery that you wish to return your purchase
 Your parcel must then be returned to us within 14 calendar days of notification of the intent to return
Customers are responsible for the cost of postage when returning any purchase to us

All returns should be in a fully resaleable condition to another customer.
Returns should be unworn, in the manufacturers original undamaged packaging, complete with all tags and labels
Theatrical Threads reserve the right to refuse to refund if items are returned and we consider that they have been worn

We will NOT refund on masks or costumes which are returned with a smell of cigarette smoke or perfume as they cannot be resold


This does not affect any manufacturers warranty

We cannot accept responsiblity for lost or misdirected returns. For your own protection you should arrange for any goods to be returned by a trackable post service or by courier.
The return policy is in addition to your statutory rights which will remain unaffected

Replacement Costumes

If you find that you have ordered the wrong size of costume, the quickest way for you to obtain a larger or smaller size is for you to purchase the second costume you require and then return the first one to us by a tracked postage method for refund

If we receive a costume back from you with a note requesting a replacement, we will invoice you via Paypal to cover the cost of shipment of the replacement costume


Refunds (Missing Parcels)
Theatrical Threads is committed to providing full customer satisfaction
If a refund is required for a parcel which has gone missing in the postal system, we will email you with a Missing Parcel Claim Form, to be completed, signed and returned to us.
 This form will be sent to Royal Mail as part of the missing parcel claim. As soon as the form has been received, we will refund you

Disount Codes for Local Schools
Theatrical Threads is committed to proving a service to parents and schools in the local vicinity and we offer discount codes for use by schools within our local postcode area
Postal addresses for local school discount codes MUST be within the local school catchment area
Orders not adhering to our terms and conditions will be cancelled with email notification

Disount Codes for Local Events
Discount Codes for local events will require proof of attendance of that event to quality for the discount.
Orders not adhering to our terms and conditions will be cancelled with email notification
